    Hands down the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a McDonald's . This am I waited in line for 20 minutes, watching the 2 poor front counter staff scramble to make more coffee, replace the cream in the machine etc...What the hell do the owners of these franchises think ?....that no one will notice or become frustrated with the complete lack of staff during busy peak periods ? I had to leave the line after 20 min of waiting or else I was going to be late for work....amd I wasn't the only one. I watched 3 or 4 people walk out in frustration. Not right. Really poor management at this location.
